Witness Tv Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions


Agreement

By signing up for the Witness Tv Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Witness Tv reserves the right to update and change the terms at any time without notice. Any modifications will be posted on our website.


Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote Witness Tv/Partnered products using your unique referral ID or Link.
- Follow all promotional guidelines provided by Witness Tv.
- Ensure your promotional activities are ethical and legal.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your unique referral ID (user profile).
- Use marketing materials provided by Witness Tv responsibly and without harming brand names.
- Handle direct order placements from customers and send them to Witness Tv, or ensure customers mention your referral ID or Use the Referral Link when purchasing directly.


Commissions

- Affiliates will earn 5% - 30% commission on every successful purchase made using their unique referral ID or Link.
- For the brands managed by Witness Tv, commissions can range from 5% to 30%.
- Commissions are tracked as loyalty points.
- After 1,000 successful purchases, your commission rate may increase, subject to brand owners' approval.


Payouts

- Commissions can be withdrawn once you accumulate 5,000 loyalty points.
- You may also use your points to purchase products before reaching the threshold.
- Payouts will be processed monthly via the preferred payment method selected during registration.


Flexibility and Independence

- Affiliates can work flexibly and promote products in their free time.
- You can participate in the affiliate program while working elsewhere.
- No pre-deposits are required to join our affiliate program.


Termination

- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause.
- Upon termination, you will cease using and remove all links to Witness Tv/Partnered products.


Privacy Policy

- We value your privacy and will protect your personal information.
- Your contact information will remain confidential within our private affiliate group.


Indemnification

- You agree to indemnify and hold Witness Tv/Partnered harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms.


Limitation of Liability

- Witness Tv will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program.


Governing Law

- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.


By registering for the Witness Tv Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
