INTERNATIONAL UNION OF MUSLIM SCHOLARS ISSUES A FATWA CALLING FOR EVERY ABLE MUSLIM TO LAUNCH ARMED JIHAD AGAINST ISRAEL
1. Armed jihad against the occupation in Palestine is an obligation upon every able Muslim in the Islamic world, according to their capacity and ability.
2. Immediate military intervention by Arab and Islamic states is a duty to support the Palestinian people and deter the aggression.
3. Imposing a siege on the Zionist enemy by land, sea, and air is obligatory, including closing maritime routes, straits, and all airspaces under Arab and Islamic control.
4. Providing the resistance with weapons, money, and political and legal support is a religious obligation that is not nullified by neglect.
5. Establishing an Islamic military alliance to protect the Ummah and deter aggressors is a religious duty and must be undertaken without delay.
6. Normalisation with the occupying Zionist entity is prohibited in all its forms political, economic, or cultural.
7. Supplying the Zionist entity with oil, gas, or any resources that enable it to continue its aggression is forbidden.
8. Peace treaties signed by some Arab states with the occupying enemy must be reconsidered in light of the ongoing aggression.
9. Financial jihad to support our people in Gaza, the opening of border crossings without delay, and the acceleration of aid delivery are obligatory.
10. Muslim communities in America are called upon to pressure Trump and his administration to fulfill his electoral promises to stop the aggression and promote peace.
