1. Filing Fees and Credit Card Charge Audits:
o Audit all credit card charges to ensure proper documentation and backup.
o Reconcile filing fees with records in Salesforce.
2. Merchant Bank Deposits Audits:
o Perform reconciliations of merchant deposits in SAP, ensuring accuracy against Salesforce entries.
o Apply payments in SAP for all bank deposits received.
o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
3. Team Support:
o Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies.
o Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Qualifications:
• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary : AED.3,500/-
