POLITENESS IN SPEAKING IN ISLAM
RASULULLAH OUR USWATUN KHASANAH
The Prophet Shallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam is the noblest person with the most polite language.
He is very polite to anyone under any circumstances.
When 'Aisyah answered the "prayer" of the accident for the Prophet Muhammad Shallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam which was said by some Jews...
The Messenger of Allah asked 'Aisha to get used to speaking softly.
This is explained in the following hadith.
"Has told us Muhammad bin Salam
Has informed us Abdul Wahab
From Ayub
From Abdillah bin Abi Mulaikah
From 'Aisha raḍiyallahu 'anha' that the Jews actually came to the Prophet and said the words
"Assamu 'alaikum" (death to you or an accident to you)...
Then 'Aisha returned to say to them the words "Die and woe to you, again Allah has cursed you and Allah is angry with you, O Jews!"
The Messenger of Allah said,
"Be patient, 'Aisha.
Get used to meekness and forsake violence and rudeness!”
Aisha said, "Did you not hear what they were saying?"
Then he (the Messenger of Allah) asked, "Did you not hear what I said to you?
I return it to them.
Then my prayer was answered for them, and their prayer was not answered for me."
