ALWAYS REMEMBER THESE | MOTIVATIONAL
If you are able to race through the Quran and you have completed it numerous times already this Ramadan - don't look down upon those who are just about able to complete a page or less a day.
Remember that it only took a few verses to change the life of Sayyiduna 'Umar. He went from a man who wanted to assassinate the Prophet ﷺ to someone who he is buried next to him.
If you have memorised the entire Book of Allah - don't become arrogant and look down upon those who stumble and just know Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad.
Remember the man who people complained about to the Prophet because he would recite Surah Ikhlas in every Salah but the Prophet ﷺ gave him glad-tidings that he would enter Jannah because of his love for that Surah.
If you have given thousands in charity - don't feel proud and think you are better than the guy who can't afford to give anything but a few pennies.
Remember that the poor shall enter Jannah 500 years before the rich.
If you have given up all Ramadan to worship and stopped working - don't think you are better than the people who are fulfilling responsibilities at home.
Remember that the Prophet ﷺ said the one who works to feed his family and children has left his home in the way of Allah and when he sleeps at night - he is forgiven. And the one who gives food to a fasting person shares in his reward.
