Government in the hope that the janazas of dying Muslims should be buried
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation has urged the government to respect that.
Its general secretary, Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, said this while addressing a conference of the Human Rights Council.
The bodies of those who died of COVID-19 disease are cremated in Sri Lanka.
He said the Sri Lankan government should respect that right, believing that the bodies of Muslims should be buried.
