DISCIPLINE BEFORE GOING TO BED
SOME SUNNAH (PROPHET TEACHING) TO DO AT NIGHT;
The MESSENGER of ALLAH (God) (Peace Be Upon Him) said:-
'When the night begins to darken' or 'When the evening is not over'
1) Prevent your children (from wandering outside).
Because that is when the devils spread (all over the earth). Don't Leave them to go out after a while at night. Further,
2) Close the doors (at night). (Then) say the name of Allah (God). Because Satan does not open any closed door.
3) Squeeze and close your water bag (mouth). (Still) Say the name of Allah (God). Cover your utensils. (Still) Say the name of Allah (God). Cover with anything diagonal (even if you can't cover them completely). Turn off your lights.
Sahih Bukhari: 5623.
VITHR PRAYER:-
You can pray the Vithr prayer before going to sleep! Otherwise you can pray during Tahajjud!
SHOULD SLEEP IN A SAFE PLACE:-
The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) forbade them to sleep on the terrace.

GET VUDU BEFORE GOING TO BED, DO THE SAME AS YOU DO FOR PRAYER:-
Baraw bin Asif (May God Be Pleased With Him) They announce:-
The Messenger of Allah (God) (Peace Be Upon Him), said to me, "When you go to bed do vudu, as you do for prayer."
(Sahih Bukhari: 247)
LAY THE RUG:-
Abu Hurairah (May God Be Pleased With Him) announces:
The Messenger of Allah (God) (Peace Be Upon Him) said, "If you go to bed, tap the rug three times with the hem of your garment."
(Sahih Bukhari: 7393)
DO NOT SLEEP ON THE STOMACH (STOMACH DOWNSIDE):-
The Prophets saw a man lying on his stomach. They said that Allah (God) does not like the way lay like this.
(Tirmidhi: 2692)
SURAHS TO BE RECITED BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP:-
should be recited:
“When you go to bed, recite the Ayatul Kursi. A guardian (angel) will be with you. Satan will not come near you until morning. ”
(Sahih Bukhari: 3275)
The last two ses of al-Baqarah:
"Whoever recites the last two verses (285, 286) of the second chapter (285, 286) of Al-Baqarah at night, these two are enough for him.”
(Sahih Bukhari: 5009)
Recite Kul Surahe body:
The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) used to put his hands together every night when they went to bed and recite the chapters "Kulhuwallaahu Ahad, Kul Awudu Birabbil Falak, Kul Awudu Birabbinnas" (112, 113, 114). Then they rub it on their body as much as possible with both their hands (as far as they can reach). They start with the head and then the face, then the front of their body. Do this three times.
(Sahih Bukhari: 5017)
We can read to small children or those who are not in good health!
KEEP THE NIYYATH: -
You should sleep with the premise that you should wake up in the morning for tahajjud or for the bazaar prayer while sleeping at night!
DUA (PRAYER) BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP: -
اَللّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوْتُ وَأَحْيَا
Allahumma Bismika Amuthu Wahya
Meaning: Lord! I die in your name. I come to life in your name.
(Sahih Bukhari: 6325)
SLEEP TO THE RIGHT SIDE AND, RECITE THE FOLLOWING DUA AND MAKE THAT WORD THE LAST WORD OF THE DAY:-
اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ وَجْهِي إِلَيْكَ، وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ، وَأَلْجَأْتُ ظَهْرِي إِلَيْكَ، رَغْبَةً وَرَهْبَةً إِلَيْكَ، لاَ مَلْجَأَ وَلاَ مَنْجَا مِنْكَ إِلاَّ إِلَيْكَ، اللَّهُمَّ آمَنْتُ بِكِتَابِكَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ، وَبِنَبِيِّكَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَ
"When you go to bed do vudu, as you do vudu for prayers." Then lie down with your right hand on your side. Then,
Allahumma Aslam (th) tu Wajhee ilay (k) ka, Wafa (a) wwal (th) tu Amri ilai (k) ka, Walja (th) tu Lahri ilai (k) ka, Ra'gba (th) tan Varahba (th) Tan ilai (k) ka. la malja wala manja min ka illa ilai (k) ka Allahumma aman tu Bikitabi (e) allazi Anzal ta wabi nabi (y) yikallazi arsal that.
Meaning:
Ya Allah (God)! I handed my face to you. I do this as a supporter of my things and as afraid of you. There is no one but your side to flee from you and turn away from you. Ya Allah (God)! I believed in your scripture that you revealed. I also believed in your Prophet whom you sent.
You pray. (If you say so and fall asleep) If you die that night you become pure man. Make this prayer your last speech (of the night). ”The Messenger of Allah (God) (Peace Be Upon Him) said.
(Sahih Bukhari: 247)
IF YOU HAVE BAD DREAMS IN YOUR SLEEP:
If someone dreams of hateful news that he does not like, let him cycle like the left side and seek protection from Allah (God) from the evil of Satan.
(أَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيْم )
The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said that this would not cause him any harm.
(Sahih Muslim)
DUA AFTER WAKING UP AT NIGHT (FOR TAHAJJUD PRAYER): -
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي
Lailaha Illallahu Wahdahu Lashari (k) ka Lahu, Lahul Mul (k) ku, Walahul Hamdu, Wahuwa Ala Qulli Shayin Qadir. Alhamdulillahi Wasubhanallahi Wala ilaha Illallahu Wallahu Akbar. Wala Hawla Wala kuwwa (th) ta Illa Billahil lahummagfir li.
The Messenger of Allah (God) (Peace Be Upon Him) said:
'Whoever stays awake at night and worships none but Allah (God).He has no equal; The rule also belongs to him; Praise be to Him; He has power over all things. All praise is due to Allah. He is pure; There is no one worthy of worship except Him. He is pure; There is no one worthy of worship except Him. May the Lord say that He has the power to do good and deliverance from evil! Forgive me, otherwise.
If you make prayers, they will be recognized. The prayer will be accepted by praying

AFTER WAKING UP:-
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُوْرُ
Alhamdulillahhilladi ahyana ba'ada ma ama tana wa ilaihin nushur
Meaning:
Praise be to Allah (God), Who raised us from the dead. And to Him is (our) return.
(Sahih Bukhari)
WHAT SHOULD WE DO AFTER GETTING UP:-
Wash your hands well!
Rinse the nose well with water three times!
Brush the Teeth!
