Dress in Islam
Islam ask us to look and decent. Allah has created "Man" in the best of form And he wants his servants to dress nicely and decently. We should keep in mind that we are the best of all Creatures. And our dress should reflex this:
Proper dress helps prevent indecent
immoral behaviour and add some beauty to your personality.
The Quran Say:-
O children of Adam ! we have Sent down to you a garment which covers your shame and provides protection. But the finest of all is the Taqwa (piety)
(07:26)
Islam does not recommand any particular type of dress and their guidelines which includes
01. Man must cover their body at least from the navel to the knees.
02. Women must cover their whole body except face and hands and feet while inside. but they are also recuied to cover their whole body including a part of the face while going out or meeting adult males outside (Some Islamic guides allow the women to uncover the face)
03. Men and women must not wear Clothing that aroses base feelings. This includes clothing that is See throw, skintight, reveting.
04. Men are not allow to wear pure silk. clothes decorated with gold or gold jewellery.
05. Men are not allowed to wear womens clothes and vice versa.
The muslims are not allowed to wear dress which symbols of other religion, pictures of (features and with wordings).
Islam encourages simplicity and modesty the dress expressing arrogants is haram. The style of the weather and climatic conditions. But the above conditions apply.
